The STATUS command gives information on the current Blossom session. The command line syntax for the STATUS command is simply:
STATUS
Included in the status report is the name of the current data file being USEd, the number of cases, the number of variables and variable names, the names of the SAVE and OUTPUT files (if any), the current TITLE text, and the most recent LAD and HYPOTHESIS commands. If a USE command has not yet been given to specify a data file, a warning message is displayed. Also included is whether the OUTPUT is VERBOSE or TERSE and the random number generator currently in use.
